How do I update content on my site?
You email us with what needs changing — new opening hours, a new service, a phone number, a fresh photo — and we sort it. No CMS to learn, no logins to remember. Business and Priority plans include monthly time for these small changes.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly, no minimum term. Give us a heads up and we will hand over a clean export of your site if you want to take it elsewhere.
What if my site goes down?
We are watching it. Uptime monitoring alerts us the moment anything goes wrong — usually before you notice. We investigate, fix it, and let you know. No tickets, no waiting on hold.
Do I need a separate account anywhere to keep my site online?
